I love being a personal trainer. The relationships I have with my clients are so very rewarding. Not only do I love helping them with their weight loss and health goals, I want to know everything about them. When you spend one on one quality time with someone on a regular basis, there becomes a special bond of friendship and trust that is very important to me. I believe this bond is essential between a trainer and her clients. I also believe that a good trainer has to walk the walk, not just talk the talk. Everything I know and teach my clients about exercise and nutrition, I have learned from my personal experience, not from a book or a class. I practice what I preach, and I wouldn’t ask my clients to do anything I wouldn’t do. I think they really respect me for that.
