I have been a ACE certified personal trainer for the past 20 years. Many of clients, especially at middle age, complained of impossible-to-lose belly fat. I developed the RESET plan to specifically help people who even when cutting calories and exercising more were unable to lose weight.

Option 1 - RESET one on one - Come to my private studio in Greensburg, Facetime or Skype for the fist session (about 45 minutes - 1 hour) and I will give you everything you need and explain the program to you. You we will meet weekly for weigh-ins and discuss questions, concerns, suggestions, adjustments, etc. for the next 3 week sessions (about 15-20 minutes). Average loss is about 2.8 pounds per week. Some have lost as much as 9 pounds a week!!
Option 2 - RESET WELLNESS in your workplace - I will come to your location and explain the program you you and your co-workers. I will return for weigh-ins on a biweekly basis for the next 8 weeks and discuss questions, concerns, suggestions, adjustments, etc. For an extra incentive, we can make this a healthy competition, make it a weight loss contest and offer cash incentives to the winner!
Option 3 - RESET PARTY!! The host is free to show my appreciation for your hospitality. . Choose a day and day that everyone can meet at the host's home every other week for the next 2 months (4 meetings after the initial meeting) I will be doing weigh ins, answering questions/concerns, and will ask everyone to share a favorite recipe weekly! This will be fun, educational, motivational, and very successful to all who stay on track and follow the plan. All can expect to lose between 15 and 20 pounds the right way! I ask only that the host does not provide food at the parties, unless it is a healthy choice.
